2024 General Service Conference

You can now register for the conference and book your hotel room for the 2024 CMA General Service Conference, September 26-29, 2024 in Las Vegas.
Registration options:

  • Virtual (Voting Member) / Virtual (Non-Voting Member) $30
Please note online registration will end one week before the conference begins. Registration will be available at the door, but it is helpful for planning purposes if you pre-register. Click the button at the bottom to register for the conference.
The $175 Registration fee includes a catered lunch on Friday. Lunch and day passes will also be sold separately for CMA members, or friends and family of CMA members who may not wish to register for the whole conference. If you pay your Conference Registration in advance via credit card, there is an “Event Platform Fee” of $5.08 that is be added to the final amount of the Registration. To avoid the fee, you can register online and choose “pay in person”, then pay at the Conference registration table.
Registration and package pickup will be available onsite at the Gold Coast Hotel starting Thursday, September 26 at 12PM Pacific. Registration is NOT required to attend the speaker meetings in the evenings.
Host Hotel – a block of rooms has been reserved at the Gold Coast Hotel from September 26-30 at a special rate: Thursday & Sunday – $38/night and Friday & Saturday – $83/night. Please be prepared to pay the first night room, fees and taxes when making the reservation. Room Rates shown do not include 13.38% Room Tax Per Night (subject to change) nor a daily resort fee of $31.99 (plus applicable taxes). Total charges presented on the website will include all rates, fees, and taxes. A $100 deposit will be required at check-in.
Rooms must be booked by August 2nd to secure this rate, and the rate is only available until our block is sold out, so please book early!

(Cash booking will likely require a cash deposit be made.)
Please be mindful of the total cost. With hotel, taxes, resort fee and conference registration, a Thurs-Sun 3 night stay will cost $520. A Wed-Mon 5 night stay will be $680.
